The full-time staff of Public Safety Health and Wellness is a group of dedicated occupational professionals who Sub-specialize in the Health and Wellness of Public Safety Officers. Many of the professional employees have ties to the Fire or Police service, and many are emergency providers themselves.

William Lovett, M.D. is the co-owner and Director of Public Safety Health and Wellness and is trained and Board Certified in Emergency Medicine. He serves as the Medical Director of: seventeen Fire and EMS departments in Indiana and Ohio; Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, Warren County Hazmat Team (Ohio); and three Communication Centers in Indiana and Ohio. He is a Medical Manager for Ohio Task Force One. He is a member on the National Association of EMS Physicians and a member of the seven member physician committee that makes up the NFPA 1582. He holds additional training in Tactical (SWAT) Medicine.

Steve McMahan, M.D. is the co-owner of Public Safety Health and Wellness and is trained and Board Certified in Emergency Medicine. He serves as the Medical Director of the Fire and EMS system, and the Paramedic training Program that serves Fayette County, Indiana. Dr. McMahan is certified in Exercise Stress Testing and is a member of the National Association of EMS Physicians.

Brandie Moore MPAS, PA-C - National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant (NCCPA). She is a graduate from the Kettering College of Medical Arts, Dayton, Ohio. As part of her comprehensive responsibility, she may conduct: physical exams; diagnose and treat medical disorders; order and interpret tests and x-rays; educate on preventative health maintenance, and write prescriptions. Brandie Moore holds certifications in both Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), as well as Basic Disaster Life Support (BDLS). Brandie is highly committed to a lifetime of learning and education and has an advanced interest in physical fitness.

Stacy Melling, EMT-P is the Program Director of Public Safety Health and Wellness. She is certified as a General Radiographer and as a DOT Drug Screen Technician. She has additional certifications in Hearing Testing, and Respiratory Fit Testing.
